Front of House

It's been a transition of epic proportions! If you've been here before, you just may not recognize it.

Would you like a list?
  • Trees, gone
  • blue shutters, gone
  • brass rusty nasty ugly front lights, gone
  • brass rusty nasty ugly mailbox, gone (in it's place a black one, it was taken down for some siding fix ups which brings me too...)
  • nasty brown spot around mailbox, gone
  • weird cursive house number above the door, gone (we left the plaque type one up by the mailbox, but was down for the fixing up)
  • wasn't done at the time, but lame blue diamond on window box is now painted.
  • nasty blue door, gone! it has been repainted, not back up yet
Now, I need to put new flowers in my flower box up front. Any fall type hot weather suggestions? Maybe I should wait until the mums come out in the fall more.

And the other survey...what do you think about the one window with no shutters? It was naked before, so we left it naked. (That window is one of Jake's...speaking of, he's been taking a looooooonnnnnnnnngggggggggggg nap! Must've been the swimming.) So here is a rough idea of all the windows with shutters. Thank you magical computer. Please apply 5 cent here_____.

Here's a couple pics of the kiddo!

I went on a pool hunt and K-mart, the land of the einsteins, had one. This was last night when the sun was on the other side of the house. He got a little cold. We went again today with the sunshine and played and played! And yes, he's wearing lil' swimmers! His cheese belly's in the way!

Afterwards in my froggy towel...ribbit!
Saturday's lunch, grilled cheese and carrots. Yummmmy! I cleared about half my plate. I love cheese!!! Thank goodness I live in Wisconsin!
Do it like this...giggle and laugh and stuff your face silly!

Hmm, looks like it might maybe think about raining finally...it's cloudy for once this week...please rain!!!

Toodle-loo!

Dad says leave the middle window bare, Mom says do them all. Hope this helps!

Shutters on all of the windows or none, thems the rules. Don't listen to that other guy, he doesn't know a thing about houses....

Oh, oh, oh! If you enlarge the middle house picture in the series of three, and look at the glass storm door, you can see a ghostly apparition peering out the glass. I think you've got a ghost! Call Ghostbusters!
